High Efficiency Loss Control Optimized Fine Sand Recovery System

This fine sand recovery system is a highly efficient supporting equipment for sand and gravel processing and solid waste treatment. It is widely applicable to water conservancy and hydropower projects, glass manufacturing, building materials sand and gravel processing, coarse coal slime recovery in coal preparation plants, and environmental protection engineering scenarios such as mud purification. It can accurately recover fine sand materials with a particle size of ≤5mm, achieving efficient resource utilization and waste reduction.

Equipment Composition
The equipment consists of a variable-speed motor, slurry pump, hydrocyclone, ZKR linear vibrating screen, washing tank, and return box. These core components work together, integrating three core functions: cleaning, dewatering, and classification, adapting to the fine sand recovery needs of various working conditions.

Working Principle
During operation, the slurry pump transports the sand-water mixture at high pressure to the hydrocyclone. The fine sand, concentrated by centrifugal classification in the hydrocyclone, is then transported from the sand discharge nozzle to the linear vibrating screen for dewatering, achieving efficient separation of fine particles from water. A small amount of unseparated fine sand and mud flows back to the washing tank through the return box for reprocessing. When the liquid level in the washing tank exceeds the limit, the excess slurry is discharged orderly through the outlet. The material recovered by the linear vibrating screen has a weight concentration of 70%-85%. The fineness modulus can be flexibly adjusted by regulating the pump speed, changing the slurry concentration, controlling the overflow water volume, and replacing the sand discharge nozzle, meeting the recovery requirements of different specifications of fine sand.
